The 1 Billion Meals campaign continues to welcome donations and contributions to the endowment fund from organizations and individuals through five main channels, including the campaign website (www.1billionmeals.ae), as well as the call center through a dedicated toll-free number (800 9999).

Donations are also possible through bank transfers in UAE Dirham to the campaign bank account number with Emirates NBD (AE30 0260 0010 1533 3439 802).

SMS donations give contributors the option to donate AED 1 daily per monthly subscription, texting the word “Food” to 1020 for du users, or 1110 to Etisalat for e& users. Those who wish to donate to the campaign through the DubaiNow app can do so by clicking on the “Donations” tab.

The “1 Billion Meals Endowment” campaign builds on the success of the previous food aid campaign, which was under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for three years, starting from Ramadan 2020 with “10 million meals”, which was the first and largest show of solidarity of its kind, supporting the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic within the UAE.
