10 big revelations of ATS on Mansukh Hiren’s murder, extortion case filed against Sachin Waje

ATS has made several major revelations about the murder of Mansukh Hiren, the owner of a explosive-laden Scorpio car outside Mukesh Ambani’s home in Antilia. According to the ATS report, four people were involved in the murder, out of which 3 accused have been arrested.

ATS has handed over its investigation to the NIA following a Thane session court order. Investigations revealed to ATS that Mansukh was knocked unconscious before killing chloroform. He was then assassinated comfortably. During the incident, Sachin Waje was sitting there in the car watching everything. ATS has found strong evidence from his mobile location.

According to media reports, chloroform was put in 5 handkerchiefs tied on Mansukh’s mouth. The accused were afraid that he would not survive, so threw him in the water with a handkerchief. So that the suicide can be shown. It was clear from the 5 handkerchiefs tied on the face that it was murder.

10 revelations of ATS

  • 1- Mansukh Hiren was called by Sachin Waje in the name of Tawde from WhatsApp. The conversation of the two was heard by Mansukh’s wife.
  • 2- After killing Mansukh around 10 pm, Sachin Waje returned to Mumbai and pretended to raid the Tipsy bar. So that it can prove that he had gone to kill Red.
  • According to the CDR report of ATS, neither did anyone make a voice call nor did he receive any call on the night of the murder. From this it appears that he was contacting people through WhatsApp.
  • 4- Red’s play at Tipsi Bar in Dongri area of ​​Mumbai was done by Sachin Waje to divert attention from the investigation.
  • 5- After returning from Vaje Ghodbunder to show his location at the commissioner’s office, he first went to Mumbai headquarters and returned home and put him on charge.
  • 6- During the interrogation, Sachin Waje has said in the statement given to ATS that he was in the CIU office for the whole day on 4 March. Whereas, his mobile location was in MMRDA Colony of Chembur.
  • 7- Mansukh had two SIM cards in a mobile, in which the last time his wife called him at 8.32 pm. There were 4 messages at 10:10 in the night at number two.
  • 8- Another accused Vinayak Shinde has told ATS that he used a fake SIM card to contact Waje, who he had ordered from Gujarat.
  • 9- From the house of Vinayak Shinde, Sachin Waje wrote a threatening letter to Mukesh Ambani. This has been revealed by the painter who works in Shinde’s house.
  • 10- Mansukh Hiren was included in the conspiracy with Antilia by Sachin Waje. Both ATS and NIA agencies have strong evidence of this.

At the behest of a gold businessman, Waje had booked a room in Five Star after spending 25 lakhs

Investigation so far has revealed that Sachin Waje had booked a room for five days at Five Star Hotel Trittend for Rs 25 lakh at the behest of a Mumbai-based gold trader. The one day fare of this hotel is 10000 rupees. The NIA has found significant evidence from the hotel. Here he booked the room with fake Aadhaar card. The businessman has told the NIA that there are two cases going against him, due to which Gaje had given him the greed to get out.

Builder filed extortion case against Waje

A Mumbai builder has filed a case against Sachin Waje for trying to collect extortion money by intimidation. He has written a letter to the Police Commissioner of Mumbai and the DGP of Maharashtra in this case.

The builder has demanded to investigate the racket of extortion and corruption run by Sachin Waje. He has revealed that Waje and his associates threatened to implicate him in the case if he did not pay the money. The builder has said that Rs 5 lakh was demanded from him. He has also gone to meet Sachin Waje in the CIU in person.
