WASHINGTON
In Washington state, a direct payment is made through the Working Families Tax Credit. Payments range from $50 to $1,200. To receive it, individuals must have lived in the state for at least half of the 2022 calendar year and be between the ages of 25 and 65 and have an eligible child. In addition, the tax return must have been submitted in 2022.
