Every update to BGMI results in a reset of the in-game tiers, giving players a green signal to begin their quest to push the ranks. In the ongoing Cycle 2 Season 6, several serious rank pushers have already reached the winning level and are at the top of the leaderboard.
However, with many users joining every day, some are starting their journey of rank push for the first time. Therefore, it becomes necessary for them to learn about the weapons that will benefit them while walking the map of Erangel.
BGMI’s Erangel . Gun combinations to accelerate rank push in
1) UMP45 and M416
A few months ago, BGMI developers revamped the UMP and changed its ammunition from 9mm to .45 ACP to give it a buff in terms of damage. Since then, esports professionals and popular streamers have used the gun regularly. Its hip-fire accuracy has helped gamers quickly defeat opponents in close combat.
Meanwhile, the M416 is reportedly the most commonly used gun in Classic Mode matches as players love the weapon for its steady spray. Rank pushers trying to survive as long and earn more points from each game can use a combination of UMP45 and M416 to suit their objective.
2) Scar-L and AKM
Scar-El suffered a lot in the 2.0 update to BGMI. With its high headshot percentage, the gun can be lethal for mid-range spray and close-range fights.
The AKM is a beast in close combat and can help take down enemies with ease. The shotgun can be found in the vicinity on the Classic Mode map and can be used effectively with the AKM.

3) AWM and Micro Uzi
Many rank pushers running on Erangel avoid taking fights at mid-range. Their gameplay revolves only around long and short range skirmishes.
Therefore, they choose weapons based on their playing style. They like to use the Micro Uzi for close-range fights when they hunt for drops and equip the AWM for sniping.
While the former is renowned for its near-range destruction, the Arctic Warfare Magnum is reportedly the deadliest weapon in the game. The latter is the only gun in the Battle Royale title that can take down opponents wearing Spetsnaz helmets with a single headshot.
Hence, this gun combination can be considered as one of the best to push ranks in Erangel.
4) Beryl M762 and DP-28
The Beryl M762 is one of the most popular guns in BGMI and can be found in various cities and campuses on Erangel. The gun is renowned for dealing serious damage in short-range combat, allowing players to eliminate more enemies.
Despite having high recoil, its base damage of 44 per bullet compensates for all of its shortcomings.
Meanwhile, the DP-28 is available exclusively on Erangel and Livik. With a handful of shots in a single burst of fire, it can easily knock down an opponent.
Both guns use 7.62mm ammo and are complementary, which can be helpful for rankling pushers.
5) UMP 45 and Vector

The SMG combination of the UMP 45 and Vector is the deadliest in close-range fights. These weapons are used simultaneously by several rank pushers who prefer to fight only during the later stages of matches.
While the buffed UMP 45 can be equipped with a scope and can also be used for mid-range spray, Vector destroys opponents in 1v1 battles. BGMI players running Erangel can benefit from using this combination.
