The attorney general of the Solomon Islands posted pictures on Twitter of filing cabinets scattered on the ground and documents spilling after the quake.

for now, The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center reported that dangerous waves are possible on the islands of the region. The earthquake could generate waves up to 3 feet above tidal level in the Solomon Islands.
