A South Carolina man will be able to retire sooner than expected after winning $2 million in the South Carolina Education Lottery’s ‘Fastest Way to $2,000,000 game’. It’s funny that he just bought a ticket on impulse.

The husband sent a text message to his wife with a picture of the winning ticket attached. Victor said that this money also helped his wife sooner than expected.
