The two fish shows, originally scheduled for next week at Lake Tahoe, have now been moved to the Shoreline Amphitheater.
The world’s biggest jam band will now perform at the 22,000-capacity Mountain View venue on August 31 and September 1.
The move comes as the Tahoe area is dealing with poor air quality issues caused by a nearby fire.
“Due to hazardous conditions caused by wildfires in the area, we regret to announce that the Fish Show at the Lake Tahoe Outdoor Arena in Stateline, NV on August 31 and September 1 will not take place as planned,” reads a statement. . Tickets purchased for the Lake Tahoe Show will be awarded automatically on the respective days at the Shoreline.
Tickets were general admission for the Tahoe venue and the same would be the case for the Shoreline Show. This would be a change for the shoreline, which is usually not a common entrance site.
