A near-unusual incident occurred in Espírito Santo, Brazil, after a crab entered the airport’s bridge and forced the landing plane to reverse course.

Why did one crab prevent the plane from reaching the ground?
Zurich Airport Brasil, the operator of the airport, announced in a statement that there was a verification of one crab on the bridge and, as soon as the animal was removed, the activities were reactivated. The aircraft was able to proceed with the ship 10 minutes later without any problems.
“The airport wildlife team is reduced. This rule is a precaution in these cases.”
