The former vice president further revealed that Ramos gave the green light to the operation after a meeting in Madrid: “On Monday afternoon, August 21, we received the answer “Congratulations to Beşiktaş” for the transfer. Ramos gave us the green light. We’re still talking about your agent’s bonuses. We prepare the contracts through our lawyers and send them to you. They invited us to their home in Madrid to do the rest of the procedures and bring Ramos to Turkey.
