José Rivera and his attorney Kurt Panouses will take the stand and claim that the ticket was purchased in 2022 at Joe’s Service Center in Altadena, California.
The winner was announced in February 2023 and many people doubt Castro for delaying claiming his prize.
It should be noted that Rivera did not notice the disappearance of his ticket in advance, but rather waited until the prize was awarded to announce that it had been lost and that it was exactly the winning number.
