A New Scandal Of Sexual Abuse: Marilyn Manson Is Accused Of Raping A Minor

In the latest in a series of sexual misconduct lawsuits against Brian Warner, better known as Marilyn Manson, the suit was filed by an anonymous woman who alleged that he sexually assaulted her when she was a minor in the 1990s. He sexually assaulted and assaulted her several times.

The new lawsuit includes allegations of sexual assault and intentionally causing emotional distress.

They also accused the Sweet Dreams singer’s record labels, Interscope, and Trent Reznor’s Nothing Records, of negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and other charges.

This is the first case in which the artist has been accused of misconduct early in his career. More than a dozen women have leveled allegations of sexual misconduct against the singer.

The new accuser also alleged non-consensual sexual acts and threats against the plaintiff and his family, although the woman continued to meet the Tainted Love singer at various tour stops in recent years.

A four-week touring period with the group in which she used drugs with band members and was “groomed, harassed and sexually abused” by Warner.

Among other allegations, the plaintiffs are suing the singer for intentionally inflicting emotional distress, alleging that Warner’s “emotional manipulation” included “hostile and verbally abusive behavior.”

The lawsuit further claims that Warner’s record label “Defendants were well aware of Warner’s practice of sexually assaulting minors, and aiding and abetting such behavior.”

“As a result of Brian Warner’s sexual assault and abuse, enabled and encouraged by Defendants Interscope and Nothing Records, Plaintiff has suffered severe emotional, physical and psychological distress, including shame and guilt, financial loss, potential economic and emotional harm .

However, representatives for Manson, Interscope and Reznor have declined to comment on the matter at this time.

Uninvited actor Evan Rachel Wood is also among several women who have come forward with sexual assault allegations against Manson in recent years.
