According to a report in Times Now, the makers of Jab We Met have started preparing for the second part or the sequel. According to the entertainment portal’s report, Ashtavinayak owner Raj Mehta is gearing up to produce the film under the banner of Gandhar Films. Gandhar Group, which has a 30-year history in the oil refining sector, rose to prominence in 2021 with the formation of Gandhar Films & Studios Pvt. Ltd. into the entertainment industry.
It is also said that popular Bollywood director Imtiaz Ali, who directed the first film, may also direct the sequel.
Since there is no official announcement about Jab We Met 2 from the producers yet, the question arises whether ex-lovers Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor will once again play the role of Geet and Aditya in the sequel to this blockbuster film.
