Amazon: Employers, the second largest private US employer, will pay up to $4,000 in annual travel expenses for non-life-threatening medical treatment, including elective abortion.

Apple Inc.: The company has said that its current health plan covers abortion care and travel costs if medical care is not available in their home state.

Microsoft: Microsoft will expand its abortion and gender-affirming care services for employees in the United States to include travel expense assistance.

Meta Platforms Inc.: The company said in a statement that it wants to offer travel expense reimbursement, “to the extent permitted by law,” for employees who will need to access health care and fertility services out of state. “We are in the process of assessing how to do this given the legal complexities,” the company said.
