John Cena: At the end of the last episode of WWE SmackDown, Bloodline made a dangerous attack on John Cena and defeated him. Many fans want LA Knight to enter the arena and save John Cena. Dutch veteran Mantell, while talking to Sportskeeda’s WrestleBinge channel, revealed that he wants the same.
WWE also planned to save John Cena from the attack of Bloodline members Solo Sequoia & Jimmy Uso at the hands of LA Knight. However, due to LA Knight being positive for Covid, the company had to cancel this plan at the last moment. On the last episode of SmackDown, the contract for John Cena & AJ Styles vs. Solo Sequoia & Jimmy Uso match will be signed for Fastlane 2023.
The contract was definitely signed with the Blue brand, but due to AJ Styles being injured in the Bloodline attack, John Cena had to find a new partner. Dutch Mantel expressed his disappointment with LA Knight not being able to save John Cena, saying-
“Like Sid said, I want to see Knight go to the ring to save Cena because he destroyed AJ Styles. And you wait for AJ to come and he doesn’t come. When they beat them that’s why I waited and I want to. see LA Night come in. I think the fans would would have cheered them much. I would have cheered them too. I would have stood up from my seat in my living room. And a lot of people were yelling. Genius that they made us believe. this was AJ Styles, but suddenly changed.
The WWE veteran gave a big statement regarding The Bloodline storyline
Without Roman Reigns, the Bloodline storyline is focused on Jimmy Uso & Solo Sequoia. Dutch Mantel recently while talking about this storyline in The Bloodline said-
“I’m not tired of it. I’m sitting there thinking something’s going to come of it. If they don’t do it in six months, they’re going to do it next month it’s going to work. People can be mad about it. I’m not tired of it. I’m curious to see what Solo does next.”
