Alfafar organizes the fourth edition of the Ocupa’t Employment Forum

The Alfafar City Council, through the Department of Employment and Training and the Local Development Agency (ADL) is organizing the IV Empleo Forum Ocupa’t en Alfafar, which will take place on Thursday, September 28 at the Complejo Deportivo Municipal of Alfafar (SUMA Fitness) . Today, attended by Antonio Galvañ Díez, director of Labora, a space designed to conduct 15-minute job interviews with more than 40 companies in the area. As an innovation for this year, and simultaneously, a photography workshop for the resume will be held, an information and career orientation point will be set up and you can visit STANDING informative where companies and other types of entities announce their services and collect resumes for future incorporations.

This event is aimed at all people from Alfafar and surrounding towns who are actively looking for work or improving their employment status. People participating in the forum will be able to register for job offers and, if they meet the requirements, participate in the selection process with Human Resources managers from different companies during the event itself. Companies like Bauhaus, Obramat, Voltereta, Dr. Schneider, Solimar, Only You Hotels, and others, have confirmed their participation.

More than 200 job offers are expected to be published on the event’s website in the coming weeks. In Ocupa’t Alfafar held in 2022, more than 700 candidates registered, more than 420 job interviews were held, more than 30 companies participated, more than 200 job offers were offered and 36 jobs have been achieved.

“Another year, through the Ocupa’t Forum, we promote the development of work for all the people of Alfafar. We intend to facilitate the connections between the neighbors of the companies in the area from different sectors so that Alfafar does not stop growing,” said Juan Ramón Adsuara, mayor of the city.

With this activity, the Alfafar City Council aims to improve the employment of people in the municipality and give visibility to companies in different labor sectors.
