In Doctor Strange 2, Reed Richards / Mr. John Krasinski’s Fantastic might have a different look.

The world of cinema and the superhero universe is always full of surprises, and one of the latest is the concept art revealed for Doctor Strange 2. These artworks offer a fascinating look at the alternative designs for the variant of Mr. Earth-83 Fantastic .

Fans of John Krasinski, known for his role in The Office, have long been waiting to see him in the role of Mr. Fantastic in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Finally, this wish came true when he joined the cast of Doctor Strange 2 as a member of The Illuminati.

Warning SPOILERS. However, fans’ expectations were shaken by the brevity of Reed Richards’ role and his tragic death at the hands of the Scarlet Witch. It was an unexpected surprise that left many fans wanting more.

Despite this brief appearance, it is exciting to see John Krasinski in a superhero suit and witness the debut of the elastic Mister Fantastic in the MCU, especially on Earth-838.

He will not repeat the role.

Although John Krasinski is not expected to play Reed Richards in the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot directed by Matt Shakman, several notable actors, including Adam Dirver, Matt Smith, and Jake Gyllenhaal, are rumored to be in the mix.

But the latest reveal is concept art for Doctor Strange 2, which offers a look at the costume designs being considered for Reed in the film. One of these designs features a blue and white color scheme reminiscent of one of the character’s classic looks in comics.

Doctor Strange 2 writer Michael Waldron always planned to include Reed Richards in the plot. “I always wanted Reed Richards in this.” declared last year. “In my first draft, I wrote a label just for the hell of it, the events of the film being recorded and reviewed by someone in the Baxter Building, and an outstretched hand framing the frame to play it. .”

Doctor Strange 2 is presented as an expansion of the MCU’s Multiverse, where the Sorcerer Supreme, with the help of mystical allies, ventures into dangerous alternate realities to face a mysterious enemy. The cast includes Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stühlbarg and Rachel McAdams.

The film is directed by the acclaimed Sam Raimi, and Kevin Feige is in charge of the production. Additionally, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Eric Hauserman Carroll and Jamie Christopher serve as executive producers.
