New Delhi: Amidst the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, the worrying statement of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has come out. They have said that – in Delhi Oxygen beds are getting depleted at a very fast rate. The government is trying to increase the beds. It is expected that in the next 2-4 days we will be able to increase beds on a large scale. About 1300 oxygen beds are being arranged in Yamuna Sports Complex and Commonwealth Games.

However, earlier on Friday, CM Kejriwal had said that sufficient number of beds would be available in Delhi. But within a day, the situation has gone from bad to worse.

In a statement issued on Saturday, Kejriwal said that in the last 24 hours, about 24,000 cases of corona have been reported in Delhi. The positivity rate has exceeded 24%. The situation is quite serious. There is now a shortage of oxygen and remodevir in Delhi.

In this statement released on Twitter, Kejriwal also said that – We had to put a weekend curfew under compulsion to deal with Corona. We are monitoring the situation for the next few days. If the situation becomes more serious, then we will take whatever steps are required to save your life and to control it.

Also, he said to take action on those labs which are not giving the test report on time. They said, “Complaints are coming that the test is taking 3-4 days from the last few days. The reason is that some labs have started taking samples over capacity. Strict action will be taken against such labs which are over sampling Picks up and does not report within 24 hours. “

Expressing confidence in the central government, Kejriwal said, “We have always received help from the central government during the Battle of Corona. I hope that this time also the central government will give us full help. Today, in the meeting of officers, strict instructions have been given that strict action should be taken against anyone who blackbills drugs. “
