Ingredients for making Amla Chutney-

-100 grams of green coriander

-100 g amla

-10 black pepper

-1 pinch hing

– 6 teaspoons cumin

-4 green chillies

Amla Chutney Recipe –

To make it, first wash the gooseberries, green coriander and green peppers well with water. Then after washing, separate the kernels from the inside of the powder. Then cut the gooseberries into small pieces. Cut the coriander in the same way. Next, place the raw gooseberries, coriander and 3-4 green peppers or as many spicy foods in the glass jar. Next, remember that when blending these things, add salt, cumin, asafoetida, black pepper and a little water and turn off the id. Then make a paste from it. After crushing the mixture well, take out this pastel in a bowl. Now your spicy gooseberry sauce is ready. You can store this sauce in the fridge for 6-7 days.
