President Andrés Manuel López Obrador assured that there will be neither a reduction in the 2024 spending budget in the health sector nor an increase in the national debt.
He mentioned the above in his press conference this Wednesday after being questioned about the alleged budget deficit for next year, a fact which he condemned and described as a disinformation campaign by the opposition.
“They have caused terrible damage with neoliberal policies, the same people who now want to return. “They are not right, they criticize health issues, for example,” said the head of the executive branch after resuming his “morning meetings” after a tour of Colombia and Chile.
