We spoke to the second La Isla expellee, Anahi Izali, who told us how difficult it was to compete in the high temperatures in Turkey. She also confessed to us that she was asthmatic and had to be careful with her inhaler.
“I am asthmatic and that was the most complicated part of our stay in La Isla because we were in a lot of land. We played in very high temperatures and the truth is that I wasn’t used to it. I think I was the one who was hit hardest by the heat in the first few weeks. Luckily I had my inhaler with me and before they went on the reality show there were lots of blood tests and physical exams done.”
Likewise, the former member commented that the elimination challenge made her suffer and made her feel dizzy while playing: “When I saw the elimination challenge, I knew that I would suffer (laughs), especially because I get very dizzy and unfortunately that has to happen .” do with balance. When I get tired the first thing I feel is dizziness, if I don’t breathe well I get dizzy and my body tells me something is happening to me.”
On the other hand, she explained that she and her former partner Brenda Zambrano tried to have a friendship a few years ago, but it didn’t happen because there were things between them that they didn’t like.
“We couldn’t talk. Note that she and I tried to become friends but failed. There were things I didn’t like about her and she didn’t like me, so I decided to stop. I’m not one to explain live what happened and I thought we would have more problems on La Isla, but no.
Furthermore, Anahi expressed her opinion on Gala Montes’ behavior towards her: “The first day Gala arrived, I was excited to see her join the team. In fact, Alexia, Gala and I agreed to take care of each other and defend each other, but within an hour the relationship between us did not last even a day … The truth is that Gala arrived very mounted because I would have understood that she would get mad at me after a legal dispute between the two of them, but that wasn’t the case. When Gala noticed that I wasn’t getting along with the others, she was obviously comfortable labeling me as the one with the problem.
Finally, Izali confessed that Gamaliel Sánchez is the most wrong person on the purple team: “I feel like the wrong person on the purple team is Gamaliel… because he pretends to be one way or another, but I feel like it’s still “There is more of the one who is not there,” he concluded.
