Antelo defends that we must “give all possible means” to Justice

She regional vice president and Minister of the Interior, Emergency and Territorial Planning, José Angel Antelo promoting this Friday for “give him all possible means” in Justice, “man and material” and regretted that, “unfortunately”, the central Executive “did not see this way.”

Antelo made these statements to the media on opening ceremony of the judicial year in the Region which was held this Friday in the City of Justice of Murcia.

“Obviously we have to give all possible means, human and material, but Unfortunately the National Government does not see it that way. “said the regional leader, who put himself in favor of the professionals because “they defend what is theirs, justice fast and agile.”

“For if justice is not quick or swift, This is not justice, for the accused and, obviously, for the lawyers themselves“, added Antelo, to then denounce that “law firms have many problems with this strike of justice and it seems that something else is being done.”

Therefore, he stated that “always we are on the side of justice“, which he considers to be “an important element of our democracy and that you have to take care and take care of it“, despite the fact that, “unfortunately, the Government of Pedro Sánchez does not do this.”

Asked about his presence at the event as vice president of the Government of the Region of Murcia, a position he took up on Thursday, Antelo said that it “an honor” and, at the same time, “a responsibility”.

“You have to be where you need to be and now the president is in an event with the king and I’m the vice president,” so “it’s my turn, so to speak, to replace him in this sense; For me it is an honor” commented on the matter.
