Apple announced that with its latest feature, the upcoming iOS 16, iPhone users in India will be able to differentiate between spam messages and helpful messages.
Apple has improved its SMS filter by adding 12 additional filters for spam communications. According to Mashable, this update was made specifically for Indian iPhone owners.
According to a study, there will be 12 sub-categories, which include alerts for credit or debit cards, bill payments, finance, government services, network providers, healthcare and online orders. There will also be those currently in place, including transactions and promotions.
iPhone users will be able to easily and quickly add movie or train tickets to their Apple Wallet accounts or calendars with their communication. It’s important to note that Apple’s new software upgrade reportedly rolled out to the general public in September and includes a range of capabilities.
Business has brought a slew of improvements to iOS 16 including lock screen widgets, alerts, and more, making it an entirely new upgrade. As per a report by Mashable, within 15 minutes, users will be able to modify the text sent over iMessage.
The final public release of iOS 16 will likely happen in September alongside the debut of the iPhone 14 series, the next flagship smartphone lineup. The update is currently available for beta testing.
Earlier this month, Apple announced the upcoming iOS 16 at the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2022, which is set to come with a slew of changes including some great photo editing features. At the WWDC 2022 Grand Event, Apple unveiled its much-awaited ‘iOS 16’, which will be rolled out to every user at the September launch event.
iOS 16 is bringing several upgrades for the users. The main feature that is attracting a lot of attention is the ‘copy-paste photo edits’ feature, in which a user will be able to copy the edits made on one photo and paste it on another photo. Every edit on the picture can be copied, from the text to all the filters applied.
According to Mashable, to use this Photos app upgrade, the user just needs to click on the three dots mentioned at the top of the edited picture, and click ‘Copy Edits’ to copy all the filters and text applied to it. And then just paste it. Make the edits they want to the second picture following the same steps and click ‘Paste Edits’. This upgrade on iOS 16 is going to be very useful for many users, as it will save time in editing the picture.
