Applicant must be a permanent resident of India. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older. These documents are required after:
Passport size photograph
ID Proof: Birth Certificate / Passport / Driving License / PAN Card / High School Marksheet
Proof of Address: Ration Card / Passport / Driving License / Any Utility Bill (Phone or Electric)

Apply online for Voter ID Card
First of all, visit the official website of the National Voter Service Portal (https://www.nvsp.in/).
The homepage of the website opens. Click on the login option given above.
Now you do not need to select the account, just register as a new user option.
Now the registration form will open. Here you need to enter details like mobile number and email id.
After entering all the details and selecting the password, click on Register.

The login form will now open, where you can login by entering your email and password.
Now a new page will open, where you need to click on the latest addition and registration.
Now you need to choose your citizenship status and state. Then click on Next.
This opens Form 6. In it, you need to enter address details, personal details, date of birth and other information.
After entering all the information, click Submit. In this way, the voter ID card can be applied for online.
