You can call the Wellness Line at 800 63 94 264, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and on weekends: Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
If they answer you, they will give the operator the information they asked for so they can investigate your case and find out what happened so you don’t get a deposit.
