This new generation single-seater was designed exclusively for the customer, who, in collaboration with the engineers, adapted it to his tastes. An attempt was made to pay tribute to motorsport and thanks to the carbon fiber used, a vehicle with 320 hp and a reduced weight (only 570 kg) was created.
Briggs Automotive Company (BAC) begins production in earnest. A few days ago he delivered the first example of his new mono supercar to a customer in California, just weeks after he introduced it at Monterey Car Week, where it celebrated its world premiere.
A beautiful piece of bespoke craftsmanship, the new Mono was presented to its owner (an enthusiast who is part of California’s legendary automotive culture scene) at the BAC showroom in Newport Beach.
Close cooperation with the customer To imagine their original creative idea for the car, the BAC design team took on the challenge of creating a single-seater that paid homage to motorsport.
The owner of this brand new vehicle is a passionate motorsports enthusiast or you wanted a car that identified and connected with the world’s top motorsports, A homage to the past and at the same time a design that looks to the future.
Hand-painted with meticulous precision, a painstaking process that took the BAC team over a week to complete, the first new Mono shines in the California sun, its Liquid Silver Metallic finish setting the tone for high-performance driving, whether on the road or on the road on the track.
The Metallic Liquid Silver color extends from the iconic shark nose to the aerodynamically optimized tail Here is the BAC wing, which is held in the Aegean Sea. The use of Robot White for the brand logo inside the wing creates a brilliant aesthetic contrast.
Contrasting details work elegantly together in elements such as the rearview mirrors the edges of the diffuser or the front floor, with the carbon cylinders of the BAC hybrid wheels, finished with Aegean Sea gloss varnish.

Motorsport remains the central and inspiring starting point of the entire project and the interior of the first mono supercar matches the exterior design perfectly with colors such as Metallic Liquid Silver flowing into the interior, where it is highlighted by the use of more Aegean and a bright red marking the custom-made steering wheel.
The brief also included a BAC Bespoke helmet design, designed in conjunction with the Mono to ensure visual harmony. As with Formula 1 cars, this mono vehicle has been customized to suit the driver.
The customer was won over by the brand’s “unique” philosophy and was invited to BAC’s headquarters in Liverpool, UK. to experience a customization experience that would allow the BAC engineering team to develop a high-tech seat which adapts optimally to the individual dimensions and contours of the driver’s body.
The steering wheel also underwent a similar optimization process to obtain accurate customer measurement details.
A 320 horsepower engine
The heart of the new super sports car is a 2.5-liter powertrain Naturally aspirated engine that accelerates in an exciting way 8,000 rpm and develops 320 hp (311 hp) and 313 Nm of torque. In addition, it is characterized by its low weight (it weighed 570 kg on the scales). This fact leads to an incredible power-to-weight ratio 546 hp per ton.
The optimal weight distribution of 41% at the front and 59% at the rear further contributes to the agile yet controlled handling of this vehicle.
Additionally, the combination of its lightweight structure, thanks in part to BAC’s graphene carbon panels, and its high-performance capabilities enable the Mono Accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 2.7 seconds.
