According to the Bay Area, two of the most educated metro areas in the United States are considered a new WalletHub study. San Jose-Sunnyvale-Santa Clara took second place and San Francisco-Oakland-Berkeley took fourth place on a list that beat 11 scientific statistics in 150 major metropolitan areas.
