The investigation also revealed that apart from these two, 21 people below the age of 45 years have also been vaccinated in a fake manner. Now it is possible that criminal case can be registered against all of them. The Dr. Vishwanath Kelkar Committee has recommended registration of a case against all under sections 34, 107, 110, 120 B, 405, 408, 409, 415 416 420 and 463 of the IPC. It is believed that the Thane Municipal Corporation can soon register a case against the accused.
