Beef milk production falls in Australia and New Zealand, while it rebounds in the United States and the United Kingdom

As can be seen from information from the European Milk Market Observatory Cows, production in Australia and New Zealand, while reading in both the United States and the United Kingdom, remains low.

AUSTRALIA

The production of beef milk in Australia, in April 2023, stood at 595,000 tons, which is 1.3% lower than in the same month of 2022 when it was 603,000 tons.

In the cumulative account of the year that begins the war there in July, it stands at 7,146,000 T, which is 5.4% less than the same period of the previous period with 7,550,000 tons.

NEW ZEALAND

New Zealand registered a strong rise in the production of beef milk in April 2023 as 1,526,000 tons were collected, which is 6.8% more than in the previous year with 1,429 tons delivered to the industry.

Here begins the war in June, showing a cumulative drop in production of 0.8%, going from 20.48 1,000 tons to 20,312,000 tons.

USA

In the UK, the calendar year starts in April. In the fourth month of the year, 1,375,000 tons of cow’s milk were collected, which is 0.2% more than in the previous campaign, some 3,000 tons more.
