How to do Vajrasana-
To do this, first, bend both your legs backwards and sit with your knees glued together in front.
Then your ankles should be out and there should be some distance between them. In addition, both of your toes should be inward and both toes should be close to each other.
Next, sit on your feet so that your hips are in the middle of your ankles.
After that, you go up and place both your hands on your knees, then you sit with your spine straight.
Then sit in this position for a while, relax and take a deep breath.
People who have joint pain or arthritis or weak bones should not do this asana.
When doing this, remember not to pull the body too far back, just keep the body straight while maintaining balance.
While doing this, keep your attention on the breath. This will calm your mind.
