How to do ‘lizard seat’
To do this, you must first breathe facing downwards. Then in this seat, while placing both the palms of your hands and the floor on the ground, then place your hips towards the sky, with the head between your two hands.
Next, while exhaling, place your right foot outside the palm of your right hand.
Then place your right knee at a 90 degree angle just above the right ankle and keep your left leg straight.
Then, while breathing, place the elbows of both your hands on the ground and spread the palms of both hands towards the ground.
You will then see that both your right arm and right leg have come together.
Now stay in this position and take deep breaths at least 5-6 times.
After that, come to the initial yoga posture, stay like this for a few seconds.
