Bernardo de la Maza fights tweeters who accuse him of creating dictatorships

The emblematic host of “24 Horas” Bernardo de la Maza is not afraid of the behavior of some social media users who mock him for his responsibility in the montages broadcast by the dictatorship through the screens of the National Television of Chile.

The event began when in the central newscast of TVN on Monday, September 11, Iván Núñez and Constanza Santa María began the program by making a historic mea culpa to the public station, in which they admitted lies, censorship and montages during the military government.

Instead of accepting the summons, the communicator preferred to accuse them of being “cowards” for hiding their anonymity. “I will be happy to respond to a human being with a first and last name, if he dares to reveal his, but… I doubt he will accept it. “Cowardice works in the shadows,” wrote the journalist.

Meanwhile, another user confronted him: “You must answer to Chile for participating daily and for many years in a media that is in collusion with the dictatorship and participates in these montages.”

“That is untrue and insulting. Does anyone have a first and last name that says the same? “I have no problem complaining,” added the ex-conventionist in a previous message.

“Cowardice doesn’t show on your face,” he finally added.
