Bharda E refuses to send code to Devlipa regarding cancellation of power of attorney

Devlipa Yumara, former lawyer for Bharda Richard Eliezer, said her client was under pressure to withdraw the power of attorney. According to him, Bharada E had sent him the code.

However, this was denied by Bharda E through his new lawyer Ronnie Talpesi. According to Ronnie, he had spoken to Bharda E about this.

“There’s no code. In fact, my client objected, ‘Bang, preliminary exam, instead of going with me, he met the media,’ it’s Bang Richard, Bharada E who spoke,” Ronnie is quoted by detikNews. Said, Sunday (14/8/2022).

According to Ronnie, the attitude that Devlipa showed was an immoral thing. As a lawyer, Devlipa should have met her client first to provide maximum assistance.

“This Richard spoke to me directly, Bharada E spoke. That was one of the objections, the attorney’s signature was not read first to find out what the problem was, instead of going with him he told me to talk to the media first. Had to meet, from the very beginning Bharda was not comfortable,” he said.

As previously reported, Devlipa Yumara, the former lawyer of Bharda Richard Eliezer (Bharada E), reveals that her client had given a code that she was under pressure.

“He gave me the code, he told it, he gave the code, ‘Bang Deoli, I’m under pressure,'” Devlipa told reporters at his residence in Depok, West Java, on Saturday (13/8/2022).

Devlipa said that a code was agreed between him and Bharada E. Code is a way of signing a document.

Devlipa said, “The song of the code is that every time you sign a letter or whatever, you have to write the date and time on the signature or above. Whether the letter is stamped or not.”
