What is the wholesale dollar
This is the exchange rate that operates in the wholesale market, where banks, foreign trade agents and authorized exchange houses operate. With this exchange rate, large-scale sales or purchases are made, so it is usually cheaper than retail dollars. It does not have a sale price and a purchase price, but one entity offers to buy or sell dollars at a certain price and the other party accepts and validates that price.
