New Delhi (ANI). Hours after actor Asif Basra died in Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh, many Bollywood celebrities mourned the actor’s demise and paid homage on social media. Senior actor Anupam Kher who worked with the late actor in several films. He expressed his condolences to the family of the late actor on Twitter. Kher wrote on Twitter, “Very sad and shocked at the death of #AsifBasra. Worked with him in one or two films, but met him on many occasions. He was a brilliant actor and a very pleasant person. His family and My condolences to friends #OmShanti. ”

On the other hand, actress Swara Bhaskar mourned the demise of the ‘Patal Lok’ actor. Bhaskar tweeted, “It is heartbreaking and am shocked to know that there are many artists who are in so much pain to choose death instead of their life.”

Asif Basra, 53, was found dead in his home in the northern hill town of Dharamshala on Thursday. The officials further said that the actor was found hanging when the police reached the spot.
