Bravo is the hero of Betis

Real Betis’ concern continues. Manuel Pellegrini’s team only drew against Granada on a new date in LaLiga, thus registering four consecutive games without a win. In that context, Claudio Bravo is the great figure, because he avoided relegation in this Andalusian derby.

The Chilean goalkeeper was the hero of the Sevillian team in the first half, with two incredible saves: in the 18′, Miquel headed into the small area and the two-time American champion saved without even a rebound. Just two minutes later, he was the star again, when Antonio Puertas finished from outside the area and the former FC Barcelona man flew to send it into the corner.

Then, the albiverdes began to dominate and in the 51′ they opened the account, with merit also from the Chilean strategist. The scorer is Assane Diao, almost 18 years old, and who the ‘Engineer’ gave him the chance to start. However, when Betis was still dominating, a goal by Lucas Boyé in the 67′ evened the score.

In 82′, Bravo saved his cast from a defeat. Bryan Zaragoza went up, crossed the far post and Callejón appeared, who finished first, but the historic ‘Roja’ was the first to take charge. In the end, the score stood. Betis is tenth, with nine points in the first seven rounds.
