INDIANAPOLIS – Giannis Antetokounmpo has 26 points and 13 rebounds and the Milwaukee Bucks extend their winning streak to seven, beating the Indiana Pacers 118-100 Sunday night.
The Bucks were leading the top five to half-time and came away 39-27 in the third quarter. Defender Jrue Holiday scored 11 of his 23 points in the quarter.
Similar to the fast-growing Bucks, who improved to 13-8, Holiday has been good, averaging 19.7 points over his past four wins. He also had nine assists and seven rebounds against Indiana.
Bobby Portis had 15 points each, Chris Middleton and Pat Connaughton had 14 points each, and Indianapolis native George Hill added 13 points for the Bucks.
Karis LeVert topped the Pacers with a season-high 23 points. Malcolm Brogdon was 16.
Bucks: Milwaukee extended their streak against the Pacers to six games … Antetokunmpo led the team to 17-game scoring and 16 rebounds.
Pacers: After a season-long 12 assists on Friday night in a home win over Toronto, Brogdon only had two assists. … Domantas Sabonis scored four points, the lowest of the season, with shots of 1: 8.
