This Wednesday, in the Cabildo de Aguascalientes, the formation of the Board of Directors of the Integral Water Model (MIAA), a group that will be the most authoritative organization that will restore the service of water, and is projected as citizen representation. .
Among the members are representatives of chambers and business organizations, as well as educational institutions, such as the National Chamber of Industry Development and Promotion; College of Accountants; COPARMEX; Business Coordinating Council; the Aguascalientes Industrial Group; to AAU; de Tec de Aguascalientes, among others.
With the accusations of these profiles and the idea of a citizen’s plan, Leonardo Montañez Castro mayor considered that all profiles have the necessary requirements to participate in deliberation within the MIAA. He also said that no one, as far as he knows, has any accusations about his business or past politics.
“I believe that all opinions are completely honest, but I also believe that all the procedures that we set up to comply with the profiles, let’s say that all of them have no information in their actions through the public office, they all have a document that the recommendations, where they are not rejected, are the requirements that have been exceeded “.
On the part of Javier Buentrostro Gándara, now the president of the MIAA Board of Directors and who was previously the president of the Textile and Clothing Business Council (Cetec), he pointed out that all members have the possibility to participate in the organization.
In addition, he stated that he will work to provide a better service to the citizens.
“We are all citizens, and we share the responsibility, as here, in this council. They also have some rights, so that others can participate in the dispute or represent them, but at this time the council is purely a citizen.
“We will have to continuously improve the water service that depends on us, we will have to bring the service from the MIAA to every house and every house must take care to make the best use of their water.” he added.

The representative confirmed that the first meeting with the other members of the council is scheduled for June 1, to designate the first commissions and receive basic information about the city’s water system.
At another time, the president of the Aguascalientes Business Coordinating Council (CEEA), Raúl González Alonso defended the participation of businessmen in the MIAA, since, he argued, the necessary figures are required to organize this body with the scheme of society.
The business sector added that it is a task for its managers to direct their capacity, experience and knowledge in the integrated model of Aguas de Aguascalientes.

Finally, Juan Manuel Ávila Hernández, president of the state of COPARMEX, agreed that the members of the Board of Directors must be experts in administrative, financial and legal matters, so that the organization is efficient and generates products that can be restored in networks and water. equipment of the city.
