C&A continues to build its leadership in Europe. The company hired Wim Blaauw as its new head of digital and transformation, who will take office on January 1, 2024. Blaauw, a graduate of Economics from Utrecht University, began his professional career in 2002, when he joined Ikea as head of store operations. With this appointment, the company has completed the consolidation of its European leadership, after the appointment of a new operations manager at the beginning of October. In particular, the company is owned by Minette Bellingan, a former Amazon executive. In addition, as of 2021, Betty Kiess joins C&A Europe as communications director; Birgit Kretschmer, as CFO; Daniel Jiménez, as merchandising director; Fareen Abdullah, as director of people and culture, and Jason Morgan as commercial director.

The company is led by Giny Boer as CEO, who also joined in 2021 from Ikea. Following the signing of Boer, C&A reorganized its team in Spain, with the departure of Domingos Esteves (who led the subsidiary since 2016) and the joining of William Laufs as head of southern Europe.
