California: Democratic lawmakers approve law withdrawing custody from parents who refuse ‘gender reassignment’ of their children

The California State Assembly approved a bill this Friday that would allow judges in child custody cases to take custody of their children from parents if they refuse to accept their gender transition.

The controversial Democratic legislative proposal, AB 957, changes child welfare standards by including gender identity as part of a child’s health, safety and welfare.

This means that parents can be blamed for child abuse and removed from custody simply for not accepting the child’s claims about their identity.

The Democratic-majority Assembly approved the project with 57 votes in favor and 16 against. It will now go to Governor Gavin Newsom, who is expected to sign the proposal because he supports these awakening policies.

The project is “a wolf in sheep’s clothing”

After the approval of the Assembly was announced, the billionaire magnate and resident of California Elon Musk made a post through his social network, X (formerly known as Twitter), explaining how harmful this law is. .

“This bill is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. What this really means is that if you disagree with the other parent about sterilizing your child, you will lose custody. “A true folly!” Musk said.

The Senator recommends leaving California

California Republican Senator Scott Wilk previously opined that if this legislation were to pass, parents would have to leave the state.

“In recent years, we’ve put government bureaucrats between parents, children and doctors when it comes to health care, and now we’re in this situation where, if a parent don’t support the government’s ideology, (the children) will be removed. from their home. “If you love your children, you should run away to California,” he said.
