They added that over the years, Panamanians have witnessed how blatant theft of state resources goes unpunished because of our weak institutions. “This is not a small problem, because this criminal behavior and constant disregard for the law has consequences that go beyond the courts, affecting the quality of life of an entire population, the country’s infrastructure and the quality of services. public services”.
They assured that without reliable and speedy justice, social and economic stability may not be achieved, and we cannot hope to be an attractive destination for foreign investment or to achieve a climate of peaceful coexistence. -with life where the same rules apply.
