In Rossio Municipality, in the south of Bolivar State, Mayor Wilhelm Torrelas inaugurated a theme playground to the delight of the children of the rural area of Cabeza Mala.
The opening space will also serve to hold gatherings and cultural activities, therefore connecting it as a meeting point for all residents.
In the place where this new place for healthy entertainment for the little ones in the house was built, a sports area will be added so that adults can join the recreational movement that the municipality has established.
More than 200 children will benefit from the playground
Torrelas, accompanied by the first lady of the municipality, performed different dynamics to celebrate the opening of the playground and entertained the little ones with gifts, surprise prizes and sweets.
The mayor pointed out that more than 200 boys and girls were benefited from the work given, he also assured that these works are in direct relation with the communal councils and without intermediaries.
“To serve the people there should be no bureaucracy, communication should be direct, which is why we are solving every need of our people on time and in real time,” Torrelas remarked.
Places of entertainment
Currently, as part of the Rocío Primero plan, which the local government is running, more than 15 parks have been recovered throughout the municipality.
Stadiums, playgrounds, playgrounds and walkways suitable for use by families are part of the new spaces in Gusipati.
