The former candidate for governor of the Atlantic in the last period, Carlos Denis, made this Friday official support of the Christian groups and the Colombian Justa Libres party to the candidate for the first position in the department Eduardo Verano (Liberal Party), amid a religious ceremony based on the family as the foundation of a just society, carried out at the Central Foursquare Christian Church in Barranquilla.
The Christian leader called on various religious leaders and candidates for councilor and councilor of Barranquilla, as well as communities in the department from different political groups, to join the campaign of the two-time governor, who is seeking his third term.
He said that Verano De la Rosa is a man with a professional profile that has allowed him to build the best administrations in the Atlantic Government, in addition to all the leadership qualities he has achieved at the national level.
“Today I dare to present to you our commitment as a religious sector to Eduardo Verano. I have confidence because I know that he has done an extraordinary job that has no flaws in the public space. That is why I say with pride that this third time will be the best, it will be a historic government in which everyone will see the growth and development of the ministry.”
Denis, third in the vote in 2019, said the call was not just to express his admiration for the candidate and his support. “Qthat you feel that at this time the Church will continue to pray for the actions of its government in the years to come.
During the meeting, the liberal candidate stressed that, as a sign of unity and the will of the various religious leaders, they will work with the various churches of the city and the department to build a better future in which rights are respected, family values and principles Improvement as a society.
