The Department of Social Prosperity published, through its Twitter account, a report on the process of each aid that are headed by Government, including Citizen Income, from which they provide a list of beneficiaries.
On February 14, the Department approved the transition to the citizen’s income, a plan by which President Peter seeks to create support for better value and need for families.
With this support, poor families in Colombia will receive up to $500,000 pesos from April, in which families in municipalities with the highest frequency of malnutrition and victims will be a priority.
According to the Department of Social Prosperity, although the transition program has a national coverage, the highest sums will be given to families in 466 Colombian municipalities with a high and high prevalence of impaired children, as shown in the maps of hunger prepared by the National Government. the highest multidimensional poverty index and pdet of municipalities.
