COCCIMIGLIO, GENOFA

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Genoepha Cocimiglio. Genoefa passed away peacefully with her devoted husband Mario and family on January 8, 2022, at the age of 89. Born on March 10, 1932, Allo, Calabria Italy, daughter of the late Melchiore and the late Maria Guzzo-Foliaro. Genoefa was a hardworking, caring, devoted mother who always put her family first. She will be forever missed by her beloved husband of 69 years, Mario.

A caring mother to Dominic (Rosalie), Carlo (Antonia), Enzo (Beth) and Eva. Proud maternal grandparents of Paul, Stephanie (Jordan), Jeffrey (Kate), Amanda, Brandon, Jordan, Jennifer (Dustin), Derek, Brielle, Matthew (Jessica) and Alicia. Great maternal grandfather to Hudson, Caleb, Jacob, Aidan, Aurora, Reece, Jack and Isabel.

Dear sister of the late Rosaria, the late Eugenio Guzzo-Foliaro (late Antonietta), the late Gasparre Guzzo-Foliaro (Rosina), the late Adelina Echo (the late Pasquale), the late Emilio Guzzo-Foliaro (Yolanda) and the late Emma Caria (Antonio).

Daughter-in-law of the late Domenico and Angela Cocimiglio. Sister-in-law of the late Nicola (the late Ermarinda), the late Batista (Rosaria), the late Gaetano (the late Carmella) and Frank (the late beloved niece Mary). Xenofa will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins ​​and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service held at the Chapel of Arthur Funeral Home – Barton and Kytley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522) on Thursday January 13, 2022 at 12:12 pm. 00 hrs; Rev.
