It is not possible to verify the legal acquisition of health supplies that they sell from irregular distributors, and therefore it is not possible to guarantee that they comply with the correct maintenance and storage in order to comply with safe, effective and quality patients.
Cofepris invites you to consult the List of Irregular Distributors which includes 108 establishments that do not comply with current laws. Likewise, buyers of drugs and users of health supplies are encouraged to verify that the distributors have a health officer, as well as a legal document that guarantees the safety and quality of the products, before purchase, such as a notice of operation and a health license. .
