China’s top smartphone maker Xiaomi is preparing to launch its Redmi smartwatch in India. According to the data, the company will launch the first smartwatch on May 13 with the Note 10S smartphone. This smartwatch has been under discussion for a long time, but now its launch date has been officially announced.

Redmi India has also released a teaser of its upcoming smartwatch on social media. It will be launched in the Indian market through a virtual event and is available for sale online and at the company’s official dealership. According to the Chinese website, this smartwatch is equipped with features like water protection, which can monitor underwater up to 50 meters. With its battery pack of 230 mAh capacity, the company claims that it takes only 2 hours to fully charge and once fully charged it lasts 12 hours.

The battery of this smartwatch with square shape dial gives backup up to 12 hours. It is believed that the company can release it on the market at the same price at which it is available for sale in the Chinese market. The Redmi Smart Watch offers 5 different modes, including indoor running, treadmill, outdoor running, indoor and outdoor cycling, swimming and free activity.
