By this last report, Congress constitutionally proposed to impeach Peter Castello as a criminal organization allegedly from the Palace.
The Congress of the Republic has approved the final report of the inspection and hearing Commission, which recommends the constitution accusing the former president, Pedro Castello, and the former Minister of Housing, Geiner Alvarado, for leading the alleged criminal order.

After approval with 59 votes in favor, 34 against and 4 abstentions, the report must be forwarded to the National Prosecutor’s office to carry out detailed investigations.

In this regard, the president of the Commission Héctor Ventura (Popular Force) indicated that there are “indicative elements that the former President of the Republic, Pedro Castillo Terrones, allegedly received money from corruption”.

According to the aforementioned report, the criminal organization is established by the wife of the former president, Lilia Paredes Navarro, and the in-laws of David, Walter and Yenifer Paredes Navarro.
Likewise, the former mayor of the Angua district, Joseph Medina Guerrero; the former councilor of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation, Salatiel Marrafu Alcantara and the investigated Hugo Espino Lucana.

The official document indicates that there is reasonable information that the former minister Alvarado and officials in his office, with Pedro Castello, are arranged to favor the businessmen who “Los Chiclayanos” through water and sanitation projects.
