Corbin Bernsen will reprise his role as Arnie Becker in revival of ABC’s ‘LA Law’

October 19 (NWN) – Corbin Bernsen is set to reprise his role as Arnie Becker in an ABC pilot for a possible sequel to the legal drama series Los Angeles law

Bernsen will reunite with Blair Underwood, who played Jonathan Rollins.

The pilot project will show how the more conservative Jonathan Rollins clashes with Millennial Generation JJ Freeman, figuring out how best to move forward for the firm to bring about political and legal change.

Arner Becker will be introduced as a former Lothario who hasn’t changed since the 1980s and is struggling with a changing sexual and political landscape.

“I often thought about returning to Los Angeles law and Arnie Becker over the years. Now seems like the perfect moment to explore our rapidly changing world through Becker’s eyes. Fasten your seat belts, “Burnsen said in a statement.

Other stars of the original series include Jimmy Smits, Harry Hamlin, Susan Day, and Richard Dysart.
