Corona breaks all records, 2,73,810 new cases came in last 24 hours, 1619 people died

New Delhi: According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 2 lakh 73 thousand 810 new cases have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, after which the total corona infection cases have reached 1,50,61,919 in the country, whereas this The number of people recovering from the disease has been 1,29,53,821.

According to the Health Ministry update, 1619 fresh deaths were recorded in the country in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of deaths to 1,78,769. The number of active cases is continuously increasing in the country. The active caseload of Kovid-19 in the country has increased to 19,29,329. However, in the last 24 hours, 1,44,178 people have recovered from this epidemic.

Of the 1619 new deaths, 503 are from Maharashtra, 68 from Punjab, 170 from Chhattisgarh, 25 from Kerala, 81 from Karnataka and 42 from Tamil Nadu, 161 from Delhi, 29 from Haryana, 66 from Madhya Pradesh and 127 from UP.

There have been a total of 1,78,769 deaths in the country so far, of which 60473 from Maharashtra, 7902 from Punjab, 5908 from Chhattisgarh, 4929 from Kerala, 13351 from Karnataka, 13113 from Tamil Nadu, 12121 from Delhi, 10568 from West Bengal, 9830 from Uttar Pradesh. And there are 7410 deaths from Andhra Pradesh.

According to data released by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 26,78,94,549 sample tests for corona virus have been done in India, of which 13,56,133 lakh samples were tested yesterday.

The Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said that 12,30,007 people were vaccinated yesterday as part of a nationwide vaccination campaign launched on 16 January. While a total of 12,38,52,566 vaccination has been done in the country.
