Corona breaks record in the country, increase in death toll

New Delhi: According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 3 lakh 48 thousand 421 new cases have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, after which the total corona infection cases have reached 2,33,40,938 in the country, whereas this The number of people recovering from the disease has been 1,93,82,642.

According to the Health Ministry update, 4,205 fresh deaths were recorded in the country in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of deaths to 2,54,197. The number of active cases is continuously increasing in the country. The active caseload of Kovid-19 in the country has increased to 37,04,099. However, in the last 24 hours, 3,55,338 people have recovered from this epidemic.

4205 new deaths include 793 in Maharashtra, 214 in Punjab, 199 in Chhattisgarh, 79 in Kerala, 480 in Karnataka, 298 in Tamil Nadu, 347 in Delhi, 144 in Haryana, 94 in Madhya Pradesh, 301 in UP, 132 in West Bengal and 132. There are 108 people from Andhra Pradesh.

So far, there have been a total of 254197 deaths in the country, of which 77191 from Maharashtra, 10918 from Punjab, 10941 from Chhattisgarh, 5958 from Kerala, 19852 from Karnataka, 16178 from Tamil Nadu, 20010 from Delhi, 5910 from Haryana, 6595 from Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh. Since 16043, there have been 12593 deaths from West Bengal and 8899 from Andhra Pradesh.

According to data released by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), a total of 30,75,83,991 sample tests have been done in India for corona virus, of which 19,83,804 lakh samples were tested yesterday.

The Union Health and Family Welfare Ministry said that 24,46,674 people were vaccinated yesterday as part of a nationwide vaccination campaign launched on January 16. While a total of 17,52,35,991 vaccination has been done in the country.
